Is there a power button for my QAir Buds 100?

Nope! As soon as you remove your QAir Buds 100 earbuds from the case, they are automatically “On”. You will also hear “Power On” play through the earbuds speakers. When you return them to the case, they are then “Off.”

How do I charge my QAir Buds 100?  

Charge your QAir Buds 100 case using the included USB-C charging cable connecting it to a USB power adapter or computer USB port to charge the earbuds charging case. While charging, you will see the charging case indicator lights go from 1 white light while charging to all 4 white lights lit when fully charged.   

When your earbuds are running low on power, you will hear “Battery Low” every 60 seconds until they are placed in the charging case.  Earbuds automatically charge when they are in the charging case (whether the case is on a charger or not, if the case has charge it will power the earbuds). While the earbuds are charging the earbuds indicator light will remain RED and will stop when the earbuds are fully charged.   

 Can I use my QAir Buds 100 to make calls?  

Absolutely! Use the button to use the functions below to operate phone use with your QAir Buds 100 Earbuds.  

• Long Press Left or Right earbud button = reject call 
• Short Press Left earbud button repeatedly = decrease volume 
• Short Press Right earbud button repeatedly = increase volume 
• Long Press Left or Right earbud button (+1 seconds) = turn earbuds ON 
• Long Press Left or Right earbud button (+4 seconds) = turn earbuds OFF 
• Short Press Left or Right earbud button = play/pause music & answer/end calls 
• Double Press Left earbud button = skip to previous song 
• Double Press Right earbud button = skip to next song 
• Triple Press Left or Right earbud button = activate voice assistant 

How do I connect to my device?  

After you’ve removed your earbuds and listened for the “Power On”, the earbuds will automatically pair to one another and you’ll hear “pairing” play through the speaker.  Now that your earbuds are paired to one another, you can pair them with your device. In your devices Bluetooth settings look for “QAIRBUDS 100” to appear as an option and select to complete pairing. When earbuds are paired you will hear “Bluetooth Connected”. 

If I walk away from my device, how far will my QAir pick up?

Walk up to 33 feet away from your device and your connection will hold strong.

How long does a single charge last?

When not in use, the QAir Buds 100 has up to 150 hours of standby power through the charging case. When using continuously, the QAir Buds 100 can go for up to 5.5 hours on a single charge and another 11 hours via charging case. Be sure to always place your QAir  Buds 100 back in the charging case when not in use, so that they aren’t running out of power. 

Does it work with a voice assistant?

It sure does! Just click the button on the side of either earbud (left or right) for 3 clicks to activate on your device.

Do QAir Buds 100 come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click here to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my QAir Buds 100 from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your QAir Buds 100 from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.
