Are Quikcell cases compatible with wireless charging?

We strive to develop cases that do not hinder or interfere with any functions or capabilities of the device. For this reason, all of our Quikcell cases should be compatible with the Qi wireless charging feature of the phone.

How do I install my Quikcell screen protector?

All Quikcell screen protectors can be installed in 3 easy steps. Please see below for instructions for your specific screen protector.

Goof Proof Tempered Glass:

  • Use the included cleaning kit (alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, and dust sticker) to remove any smudges, oil, or dust from your device.
  • Put your device in the Goof Proof applicator and remove clear protective plastic
  • Lay the glass on your phone. Gently move your ­finger in a sweeping motion to apply it to your phone screen.

Tempered Glass:

  • Use the included cleaning kit (alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, and dust sticker) to remove any smudges, oil, or dust from your device.
  • Align your screen protector with your device and remove clear protective plastic
  • Lay the glass on your phone. Gently move your finger in a sweeping motion to apply it to your phone screen.

Crystal-Clear Film:

  • Use the included cleaning kit (alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, and dust sticker) to remove any smudges, oil, or dust from your device.
  • Align your device with your screen protector and remove clear protective plastic
  • Lay the film on your phone. Gently move your finger in a sweeping motion to apply it to your phone screen.

How do I remove my Quikcell screen protector from my device?

For our film screen protector, try attaching tape to the corner of the screen protector and pulling it off the phone screen.

If the screen protector is a little bit thicker (Tempered Glass or Goof Proof), it can be removed by using a stiff card like an ID or credit card. Lift the screen protector with the card from any corner of the screen protector. Once the corner has been lifted off the device, hold the corner and remove slowly.

If you have one of our glass screen protectors (Tempered Glass or Goof Proof), it will not shatter into pieces. The tempered glass will hold all the pieces in place even if it is to crack. The glass will not damage or leave residue on your phone screen. Since all of our screen protectors are designed with a special adhesive, it will not leave any residue on your screen if you choose to take it off.

My case has discolored and is yellow. Is this normal?

While not normal, exposure to extreme humidity and temperatures can cause yellowing over time. This can also happen with wear and age which is covered under the Quikcell 1-Year Limited Warranty. Please view our warranty page to submit a claim and we will be happy to assist and replace your item if needed.

How do I submit a claim for a warranty replacement?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click here to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my item from a reseller, can I return my product directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your item from an authorized reseller or distributor and the product is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace your item for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

 

COVID-19

Is COVID-19 affecting Quikcell order processing and shipping?

All operations at Quikcell are at 100% capacity!

We have received updates from our shipping carriers that certain regions in the country have been and are experiencing delivery delays. An overall increase in shipping demand nationwide with all the carriers, plus transportation limitations both ground and air, have caused service disruptions at times. Please be patient with the delivery services and allow extra time as needed for your order to be delivered.

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.

All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.

Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
