Is there a power button for my QAir?
Nope! As soon as you remove your QAir earbuds from the case, they are automatically “On”. You will also hear “Power On” play through the earbuds speakers. When you return them to the case, they are then “Off.”
How do I charge my QAir?
While QAir is certainly power packed – you will have to refuel every once in a while to continue enjoying your earbuds. To charge your QAir correctly, follow the instructions below for the QAir series you have:
QAir Bud
- Start by charging the case! Plug the Micro-USB end of the cable into the charging port of the case, and the USB end of the cable into a charging adapter or computer port. When the case is fully charged, the 4 indicator lights on the case will be lit up.
- You can charge your earbuds while the case itself is charging or after the case is fully charged. Just note – the case itself is what provides power to the earbuds, you cannot charge the earbuds without the charging case. To start charging the earbuds, place them in the charging case. While your earbuds are charging, a red light will be lit up on the outside of your case. Once your earbuds are fully charged, this light will turn off.
- When the battery is running low you will hear a “Battery Low” prompt every 20 seconds through your earbuds.
QAir Buds (Premium)
- Start by charging the case! With QAir Buds (Premium) you have two options for charging your case:
- Option 1: You can place your charging case on a wireless charging pad. If you charge via this method, you will see the LED lights flashing while charging. When fully charged, all 4 of the LED lights will be on and solid.
- Option 2: Plug the Micro-USB end of the cable into the charging port of the case, and the USB end of the cable into a charging adapter or computer port. When the case is fully charged, the 4 indicator lights on the case will be lit up.

Can I use my QAir to make calls?
Absolutely! Use the button to use the functions below to operate phone use with your QAir Earbuds.
- 1 click (either earbud) = play/pause music & answer/end phone calls
- 2 clicks (either earbud) = decline phone calls
- 3 clicks (either earbud) = use voice assistant
How do I connect to my device?
First, you want to be sure your earbuds are paired to one another before attempting to pair with another device. When you use your earbuds for the first time, you can pair them through the method below:
Once you have removed your earbuds from the charging case and hear the “Power On” tone, sit the earbuds side by side. You should then hear the tone “Pairing” followed by “Left channel connected, Right channel connected.” One earbud will alternate between a RED and BLUE flashing light, while the other earbud will show a BLUE light slowly flashing every 4 seconds.
Once you have the earbuds paired to one another, you can then pair with a device. Look for either “QAir Bud” or “QAir Max” (depending on which series you own) in your devices Bluetooth settings. Once you see the correct option, select this to complete pairing. You should then hear “Bluetooth connected” play through your speakers.
If I walk away from my device, how far will my QAir pick up?
Walk up to 33 feet away from your device and your connection will hold strong.
How long does a single charge last?
When not in use, the QAir has up to 20 hours of standby power through the charging case. When using continuously, the QAir can go for up to 10 hours on a single charge. Be sure to always place your QAir back in the charging case when not in use, so that they aren’t running out of power.
Does it work with a voice assistant?
It sure does! Just click the button on the side of either earbud (left or right) for 3 clicks to activate on your device.
Warranty
Does QAir come with a warranty?
Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click here to view our policy and submit a claim.
I bought my QAir from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?
If you purchased your QAir from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?
Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.
All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.
Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
