How do I charge my Mono Wireless Headset?  

Great question, after all you never want to be without power. Plug micro-USB into headset and USB into a compatible port (such as a wall charger, car charger, or computer). Light is RED while charging and LED is off when fully charged.

 Can I use my Mono Wireless Headset to make calls?  

Absolutely! Use your MFB button to use the functions below to operate phone use with your Mono Wireless Headset.  

  • Short Press = play/pause music & answer/end phone calls
  • Long Press (2 seconds) = power on & ignore/decline phone calls & use voice assistant
  • Double Press = re-dial the last number called

How do I connect to my device?  

On the top of your Mono Wireless Headset, press and hold the Multi-Function button until you see the LED indicator flashing between RED and BLUE and hear “Power On.” In your devices Bluetooth settings look for “MONO-BLK” to appear as an option and select to complete pairing. When it is connected you will hear “Connected” play through your headset and the LED light will turn off.

If I walk away from my device, how far will my Mono Wireless Headset pick up?

Walk up to 33 feet away from your device and your connection will hold strong.

How long does a single charge last?

When not in use, the Mono Wireless Headset has up to 30 hours of standby power. When using continuously, the Mono Wireless Headset can go for up to 3.5 hours.

Does it work with a voice assistant?

It sure does! Just press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds to activate on your device. 

Warranty

Does Mono Wireless Headset come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click here to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my Mono Wireless Headset from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your Mono Wireless Headset  from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.

All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.

Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
