What is the difference between each cable type?

At Quikcell, we offer several different cable types to choose from: 

USB-C: These fast-charging cables are perfect for pairing with a wide range of devices. From smartphones, headphones, and more. They’re reversible connector, meaning it can plug in no matter what direction you have it facing, and compact size also make it a great charging cable option. 

Lightning: For all the Apple users out there, this is the cable to have. It is MFi certified , which means it has passed certifications and testing to ensure it is Made for iPhone and safe to use by Apple’s standards. 

Micro-USB: Another common cable type, often used for charging various types of devices.

3-in-1: This cable is designed for convenience when multiple types of charging cables are needed. It has all the common types of charging connectors (Micro-USB, Lightning, and USB-C).

What are the different cable lengths you offer?

USB-C cables are offered in 3ft, 6ft, and 10ft length options. 

Lightning cables are offered in 6ft & 10ft length options.

Micro-USB cables are offered in 3ft, 6f,t and 10ft length options.

3-in-1 cable is offered in 6ft length.

What are Quikcell charging cables made of?

Our Quikcell charging cables are made from braided nylon material. 

Are your cables compatible with any device?

Quikcell charging cables are designed for specific charging needs, based on various device manufacturers charing requirements. Be sure to carefully look for the type of charging cable needed for charging a specific device. For example, an Apple iPhone 13’s box will inform you that you can only charge that device with a Lightning charging cable, no other cable type will fit the charging port of that specific device. 

What if I want a cable that can charge all my devices?

If you are wanting one cable to charge all your different device types, we recommend looking at our Quikcell 3-in-1 Charging cable. It is fully equipped with a Lightning, USB-C, and Micro-USB cable all in one. Plus, it’s offered in a convenient 6ft length option.

Warranty

Do Quikcell cables come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click HERE to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my cable from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your cable from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

COVID-19

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.

All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.

Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
