How many different types of chargers do you offer?

At Quikcell, we love charging products, so we have an extensive selection of chargers.

What does PD mean?

PD (AKA Power Delivery) is a technology that allows your fast-charging enabled device to receive more power than with a standard 5-Watt charger during the same amount of time. Simply put, in 30 minutes you could charge your battery up to 50% instead of 20% with a conventional charger. It’s also designed to handle increased levels of power without damaging or overheating devices.

Is a cable included?

While our chargers do not include a cable in the package, that doesn’t mean you can’t get one. Quikcell also has an impressive lineup of charging cables, including: USB-C, Lightning, USB-A, Micro-USB. We’re sure to have exactly what you need for your charging needs!

What type of cable do I need to charge with my Quikcell charger?

Awesome question! Please see our guide below to know what cable types you can use with each Quikcell charger:

32W PD Dual-Port Charger: There are two ports on your 32W charger, one made to fit a USB-A cable tip and one made to fit a USB-C cable tip.

25w PD Charger: The port inside your 25W PD charger is made to fit a USB-C cable tip. So, be sure at least one end of your charging cable is equipped with this in order to effectively use your charger.

24W Dual-Port Charger: There are two ports on your 24W charger, they are both made to fit a USB-A cable tip. So, be sure at least one end of your charging cable is equipped for this in order to effectively use your charger.

Is fast charging safe for my phone’s battery?

Most modern smartphones are built to be compatible with fast chargers. In addition to that, all Quikcell products are tested and certified to ensure maximum safety when in use.

Warranty

Do Quikcell chargers come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click HERE to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my charger from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your charger from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

COVID-19

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.

All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.

Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
