Are Quikcell cases compatible with wireless charging?

We strive to develop cases that do not hinder or interfere with any functions or capabilities of the device. For this reason, all of our Quikcell cases should be compatible with the Qi wireless charging feature of the phone.

Since the Icon Tint is a transparent phone case, does it turn yellow easily?

Our Icon Tint case is made from a mixture of PC & TPU, materials that are durable and malleable, so they’re easy to fit, and offer high protection. While unfortunate, yellowing can occur over time via a natural aging process due to color transference and chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. The level of yellowing completely depends on using habits and the environments in which the phone case is used. That said, the materials we use are the best in the industry to prolong your case from yellowing as long as possible.

In the event your case does yellow due to wear and age, it is covered under the Quikcell Warranty. Please view our warranty page to submit a claim and we will be happy to assist and replace your item if needed.

What are Quikcell cases made of?

Different cases are made of different materials but mostly contain TPU and PC which are both forms of strong plastics.

My case has discolored and is yellow. Is this normal?

While not normal, exposure to extreme humidity and temperatures can cause yellowing over time. This can also happen with wear and age which is covered under the Quikcell Warranty. Please view our warranty page to submit a claim and we will be happy to assist and replace your item if needed.

How do you clean the case?

Our cases can generally be cleaned with mild soap and water, then air dried or dried lightly with a paper towel.

What does drop protection mean?

Great question! Quikcell cases are designed and extensively tested for durability.

While no case manufacturer can guarantee that you will not incur damage when a device is dropped, we design and build for durability and protection to help keep your device safe.

Help! I can’t get my case off my device.

All of our cases are designed to fit snugly on your device. But should easily come off when needed.

If you are struggling to remove your case, we recommend holding the device securely in one hand with the camera facing towards you. Gently use your thumb to push through the camera hole, while pulling the case off around the edges of the phone in the opposite direction.

How do I remove my device from the Grand Advocate + Holster case?

You can easily take your device out of the Holster by pushing against the quick release clip and sliding your device out. When you’re ready to place your device back in the Holster, it should simply click back into place.

Warranty

Do Quikcell cases come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click HERE to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my case from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your case from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

COVID-19

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.

All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.

Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
