What does PD mean?

PD (AKA Power Delivery) is a technology that allows your fast-charging enabled device to receive more power than with a standard 5-Watt charger during the same amount of time. Simply put, in 30 minutes you could charge your battery up to 50% instead of 20% with a conventional charger. It’s also designed to handle increased levels of power without damaging or overheating devices.

What does GaN mean?

GaN also known as gallium nitride offers quite the benefits. When GaN is used in a charger, it can conduct higher voltages, allowing power to flow faster, resulting in faster processing speeds. Since GaN is more efficient, there is significantly less heat created, which allows components to be placed closer together within the chargers build. This creates a super compact charger, capable of high-power output.

Is a cable included?

While this charger does not include a cable in the package, that doesn’t mean you can’t get one. Quikcell also has an impressive lineup of charging cables, including: USB-C, Lightning, USB-A, Micro-USB. Plus, you can always find one of our Power Packs, a 2.4A charger with 4ft cable, available for both wall and car.

What type of cable do I need to charge with my Quikcell charger?

Awesome question! Our 35W PD Dual-Port USB-C + USB-A Wall Charger comes equipped with two ports, one made to fit a USB-C cable tip and one made to fit a USB-A cable tip. So, be sure at least one end of your charging cable is equipped for this in order to effectively use your charger.

Is fast charging safe for my phone’s battery?

Most modern smartphones are built to be compatible with fast chargers. In addition to that, all Quikcell products are tested and certified to ensure maximum safety when in use.

Warranty

Do Quikcell chargers come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click HERE to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my charger from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your charger from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.
