How many different types of QMix earbuds do you offer?   

Glad ya asked! We have three different versions of QMix earbuds depending on your needs.

QMix 100 – our base model, offered in fun and trendy colors with a sleek silicone finish.

QMix 200 – A step-up from QMix 100, offering a tangle-free design, noise isolation and custom tuned speakers for next-level listening.

QMix 300 – Our premium wired earbuds, offering a comfort fit ergonomic design, premium 10mm speakers, and convenient 4 ft length.

Are the QMix earbuds compatible with voice assistant?  

All of our QMix earbuds are equipped with microphone remotes that can be used with voice assistants.

What if I want a pair of wireless earbuds?

Can I use my earbuds to make calls?  

Absolutely! The built-in microphone remote makes it easy to take calls and adjust music without having to pick up your device. Simple use the buttons on your microphone remote to adjust volume, answer and end calls, and skip songs. 

How does the QMix connect to my device?  

It’s super simple and easy! Both the QMix 100 & QMix 200 connect to devices using a 3.5mm gold plated audio plug. 

The QMix 300 connects to devices using a USB-C connector to plug directly into the device.

If your device is not equipped for one of these connector types, we have an audio adapted that is designed to make it easy to pair any device with a pair of QMix earbuds.

Warranty

Do my QMix earbuds come with a warranty?

Most of our items do qualify for replacement under our warranty if the item is subject to normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or acts of God. Click here to view our policy and submit a claim.

I bought my OMix earbuds from a reseller, can I return it directly to Quikcell for a refund?

If you purchased your QMix earbuds from an authorized reseller or distributor and it is defective, we encourage you to first check the sellers return or exchange policy before reaching out to us, as many times they might be able to replace it for you same day. That said, no matter what, you can always file a claim with us.

COVID-19

What measures is Quikcell taking to ensure my package is safe to handle?

Our first priority is the safety of our customers and our warehouse crew.

All warehouse employees follow social distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines and hand sanitizing stations have been implemented. All orders are handled using protective masks and gloves, and shipping carriers have access to our hand sanitizing stations prior to handling our packages.

Will I still be able to receive my warranty assistance and customer support during the pandemic?
