We stand by the quality and durability of every product we make, and since we’ve been doing that since 1989, that is a guarantee you can count on.
Our products are built to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out, which is where our guarantee has you covered. The Quikcell No-Hassle Warranty covers you against normal wear & tear over time, defects in materials or workmanship, or heaven forbid – acts of God, for the specific product warranty periods listed below:
- Quikcell offers a Lifetime Warranty on the following products: cases, screen protectors, wall chargers, car chargers, and charging cables.
- Quikcell offers a One Year Warranty on the following products: all audio products, wireless charging pads/stands, power banks, phone mounts, memory cards, and other products as labeled.
We happily cover…
All products with manufacturing defects.
We’ve pretty much perfected our process, but the occasional misfit product may sneak out from time to time. If you find that your product has an imperfection or flaw upon opening, we will gladly replace the product under your warranty period.
And for our lifetime warranty products, we also cover general wear & tear.
From nights of tossing and turning side to side with your phone cable hanging along for the ride. Or the repeated beating your screen protector has taken over the last several years getting in and out of the car. Our products are built to be durable but can only withstand the tests of time for so long. So, when your products fall victim to normal wear and tear*, you’re covered.
*Normal wear and tear for our lifetime products = case discoloring, frayed cables, screen protection chips & breaks, etc.
We don’t cover…
Unauthorized Resellers
If your Quikcell product is not purchased from an authorized distributor or reseller, we will not be able to cover it
Non-Quikcell Items
Damage suffered by your device, personal property, or loss of data contained inside or outside of products, as a result of the use of any Quikcell product
Tampering
Any product that has tampering with the serial numbers, alteration of component parts, misuse or non-wear and tear damage will not be covered.
Warranty replacements
If we don’t have it – we have something better
Warranty replacements are provided based on product availability. If your original product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we are happy to replace your product with a product of equal or better value.
Reseller purchases
Returning to the store
Products purchased from an authorized seller may be returned to the original place of purchase within the store’s return period for a return or exchange. If you purchased your item(s) from an authorized reseller or distributor and the product is defective, please check the sellers return or exchange policy before filing a warranty claim.
No matter what, you can always file a claim with us
Warranties do not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sources that are not subject to Quikcell’s quality controls. Many resellers who sell through Amazon, eBay, social media platforms or other online sites are not authorized retailers or resellers of Quikcell products. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the Quikcell Warranty Policy.
The no-hassle claims process
You’ll need to have:
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Photos of the damaged or defective item are required
On all warranty claims, Quikcell reserves the right to decline a warranty for insufficient documentation or for product defects that are not verifiable. We also reserve the right to request the item be returned to Quikcell for inspection.
3 easy steps:
- Take a photo of the defective or damaged item and the original purchase receipt;
- Head on over to our Support Center and fill out the form for a warranty claim;
- Quikcell’s Warranty Department will be in touch to collect the shipping & handling fee and process your replacement;
P.S. For warranty claims, we do NOT require the product to be returned to Quikcell unless otherwise requested.
Shipping
We pay for the product, you just pay for the shipping
If your item is covered by our warranty, Quikcell covers the cost of the product and you just pay the small shipping and handling fee of $9.99 for smaller items and $14.99 for larger items like speakers.
Disclaimer of warranties/limitation of liability
Except for the express warranties provided herein, all products are provided solely on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Quikcell hereby disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness, suitability for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the warranties and remedies provided herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied, or statutory.
In no event shall Quikcell, or its suppliers or distributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use the products, including without limitation property damage, loss of value of the product or of any third party products that are used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or of any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if such damages were foreseeable or if Quikcell was advised of the possibility of such damages.. Without limiting the foregoing, Quikcell shall not be liable for any damage or destruction to customer electronics devices that are used with or in the products, e.g. smartphones or laptops, or for the loss of any data contained on such devices. Quikcell’s aggregate liability, and of its suppliers and distributors, shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by a customer for the Quikcell product giving rise to the liability.
The foregoing warranty exclusions and limitations of liability are subject to applicable law. In the event applicable laws prohibit the warranty exclusions or limitations of liability set forth above, such exclusions and limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law; that is, such exclusions and limitations shall be deemed to be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with such law. Certain jurisdictions may provide additional legal consumer protections that are in addition to the warranties provided above.
